3. Description of Services
3.1 App Purpose
Our App is an internal tool designed exclusively for clients of Ree Creativos S.R.L. to connect their Instagram business accounts and authorize us to manage their social media presence.
3.2 Services Provided
Through the App, we provide:
Content creation and development for your Instagram account
Posting of stories, reels, and posts on your behalf
Social media management and strategy implementation
Performance analysis and reporting
Account monitoring and engagement oversight3.3 Free Service
The App is provided free of charge to our agency clients as part of our comprehensive marketing services.
4. Eligibility and Account Requirements
4.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App.
4.2 Business Accounts Only
Our services are exclusively available for Instagram business accounts. Personal Instagram accounts are not supported.
4.3 Agency Client Status
Use of this App is restricted to current clients of Ree Creativos S.R.L. who have entered into a separate service agreement with our agency.
4.4 Account Connection
You must have legal authority to connect and grant posting permissions for the Instagram business account(s) you link to our App.
5. User Responsibilities and Obligations
5.1 Account Security
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your App login credentials
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensure your Instagram account credentials remain secure5.2 Accurate Information
Provide accurate and current information when setting up your account
Keep your contact and business information updated
Inform us immediately of any changes to your business structure or ownership5.3 Compliance with Policies
Ensure your Instagram account complies with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect intellectual property rights of third parties5.4 Content Guidelines
You agree not to request or authorize us to create or post content that:
Violates Meta's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
Contains adult content, gambling, or illegal activities
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Is defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
Promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities6. Our Rights and Responsibilities
6.1 Content Creation
We will create original content for your Instagram account based on your brand guidelines and our professional expertise
Content creation is subject to our creative judgment and industry best practices
We reserve the right to refuse creating content that violates these Terms or applicable policies6.2 Posting Authorization
You grant us permission to post content on your Instagram account on your behalf
We will post content according to our content strategy and scheduling practices
Posting frequency and timing are determined by our social media management expertise6.3 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue the App with reasonable notice
Update features and functionality
Change our content creation processes
Suspend services for maintenance or technical issues7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
7.1 Content Ownership
All content created by us for your account becomes your property upon creation
You retain full ownership rights to content posted on your Instagram account
We may retain copies of content for our records and quality assurance purposes7.2 License to Use
By using our App, you grant us a limited license to:
Access your Instagram account through authorized APIs
Create and post content on your behalf
Use your brand elements and guidelines in content creation
Analyze performance data for service improvement7.3 Our Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains our exclusive property and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 No Performance Guarantees
We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding:
Specific engagement rates, follower growth, or performance metrics
Instagram algorithm performance or reach
Business results or revenue generation from social media activities8.2 Instagram Account Restrictions
We are not responsible if your Instagram account is restricted, suspended, or banned while under our management
Account restrictions may result from various factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes, policy violations, or technical issues
You acknowledge that Instagram management carries inherent risks of platform penalties8.3 Third-Party Platform Risks
Instagram and Meta policies may change without notice
Platform features and APIs may be modified or discontinued
We are not liable for changes to third-party platforms that affect our services8.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law:
Our liability is limited to the direct damages actually incurred
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of services provided in the 12 months preceding the claim9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by:
Disconnecting your Instagram account from our App
Providing written notice of termination
Ceasing to use our agency services10.2 Termination by Company
We may terminate your access to the App if:
You violate these Terms of Service
Your agency service agreement with us ends
Your Instagram account is permanently suspended
We discontinue the App or our services10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to the App will be revoked immediately
We will cease posting content to your Instagram account
You retain ownership of all content previously posted
We may retain data as required for legal compliance11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Argentina.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ree Creativos S.R.L., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights
Your use of the App or services
Content posted on your behalf that violates applicable laws or policies13. Privacy and Data Protection

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ree Creativos S.R.L. regarding the use of our App.
